Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains what information elmaSol collects when you use elmasol.com, and how we use it. elmaSol is based at Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, Pakistan.

What we collect

When you submit our brief or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and company name if provided, a preferred call time if you ask for one, and the message or idea you describe. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts that identify individual visitors.

What stays in your browser

The site remembers a few settings in your own browser so it behaves the way you left it: the language you picked, that you have closed this privacy note, and that you have already seen the opening animation in this session. These are never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, and, if we start working together, to deliver that work. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Form processing

Our forms are submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to our inbox by email. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it to us. No payment or financial data is collected through our website.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam out, our forms use hCaptcha, a security check run by Intuition Machines, Inc. When you reach a form, hCaptcha may collect technical information such as your IP address and how you interact with the check, under its own privacy policy. It is only loaded when a form comes into view.

Confidentiality

Any idea or project detail you share with us stays with us. We are glad to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive, and we do not reuse or disclose client ideas to third parties.

Data retention and requests

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver agreed work. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email hello@elmasol.com.
